The Map is Not Me is a modern take on a classic model. The Map is not the Territory. Meaning perception is not reality and in this case we have distorted views of ourselves. This is problematic for most of us.I think this is the perfect analogy for experienced workers trying to find our way in a rapidly changing workplace.

My story
I'm a 3x technology founder with deep experience building data analytics platforms and process optimization tools. Along the way I have had two exits, which were great and a few layoffs, which were less great.Today I'm the founder of Repaper, a consulting firm helping companies balance emerging tech and a workforce racing to keep up. This pays the bills.The Map is Not Me is a passion project. I am deeply committed to helping my peers navigate a changing workplace and confusing workforce. This fills the soul. - Todd
